LADY RANDO Quote:
Those that create ACEO's also trade them with other artists. Does that make it now an ATC? Same card, just got to the hands of a happy collector in different ways.
Sorry, I don't agree with the thinking that they are different creatures. The name ACEO was chosen to stop the flood of hate/threat mail artists were getting from those who thought the cards should only be traded and "How dare any of us use ATC to identify our art". I was there when the ACEO movement started and I agreed with the thinking that anyone that wanted to collect them should be able to and an artist should be able to sell their art any time they please, despite whatever title people give it.
ATC and ACEO's are the same thing, only difference is how the collector got it. I feel the two can exist side by side in harmony. IMHO :)

This might be the first series of cards I will finish.
There are 18 of them.
Owls are fun to draw, I could do 100.
I did not choose owls on my own.
I joined a card swap group and this was the first topic I chose.
I will be sending 5 to the states.
One thing about me as an artist, I can't just do one of anything.
And the whole series has to work together as a unit.
I always work in series, usually around 18, 30 or 50.
It all depends, I have a number system that I use.
After I did 18 owls I wanted to jump to 30.
I need to balance time, I have many other series to work on.
So I think I will wait.
I was debating if this was the blog I wanted to use for my art cards. I decided to give it a go. I also have hacktaiwan, but maybe that will be about all my art in general. I will be messing around with all the setting and trying to learn how to use everything. I don't even know how to upload a photo yet, I will learn.
